Mr. Davis serves as the Chairman and CEO of the company. He brings over 15 years of hands on experience in systems integration, network setup and design, technical operations and management. Prior to founding Host.net Mr. Davis founded and was President & COO of Metro FiberLink, Inc. a Delray Beach, FL based CLEC specializing in Optical Internet Connections. Before founding Metro FiberLink Davis was the Senior Technology Adviser to the CEO of US Data Authority, Inc. a national T1 & T3 NSP There, he advised and assisted USDA with their nationwide network roll out to 40 different locations and the setting up of the companies Network Operations Center in Boca Raton, FL. Mr. Davis invested a significant sum to become a corporate sponsor of the NSU -Huizenga School of Entrepreneurship in support of other young professionals with similar aggressive goals and aspirations. As a result of his unique combination of business and technical savvy, Mr. Davis has gained respect in the business and tech community and has been invited to speak on panels on a variety of topics including, VoIP, Security, and entrepreneurship. The SFTA invited Jeff to speak at the “Meet the Tech CEO’s” panel discussion. He has been recognized for his unique ability to negotiate the difficult landscape of the technology community as a young and aggressive business leader. Most recently Jeff was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the youngest CEO's on the 2007 Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Privately Companies.

Randy Epstein President |

Mr. Epstein serves as the President of the company. He brings the Company over 20 years experience in direct network design, operations and staff management. Mr. Epstein was the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Money.net Incorporated; Money.net is a leading business and financial web site. Mr. Epstein founded Host Internet Network Services in 1995; a national high-speed Internet solutions provider located in Boca Raton, Florida . Mr. Epstein was with WIZnet, an electronic commerce and Internet provider, and also co-founded Internet Gateway Connections as the first company to offer Internet access using ISDN technology in Florida . Mr. Epstein was with Automated Business Corporation, the exclusive systems provider to Akzo-Nobel, Sherwin Williams, BASF and DuPont, where Mr. Epstein designed and developed multiple network solutions for these companies. Mr. Epstein started his career in computers and communication solutions when he founded and served as President of FAAST Computronics, where he designed and developed bulletin board software for the Commodore 64 and 128 lines of 8-bit computers. FASST became an authorized Commodore Amiga reseller under his direction. Epstein Co-Founded and was CTO of Metro FiberLink, Inc. a cutting edge Data CLEC providing low-cost high reliability T1 service. Epstein has become an integral member of OCCAID, and has been recognized for his significant donations and contributions to the efforts and project logistics. OCCAID is a not-for-profit education and internet engineering network opened to the public. OCCAID's focus involves in creating a collaborative environment which allows network researchers and individuals with self-interest in the anatomy of internet routing, to interconnect into a global network for training and development purposes. OCCAID, with access to the next-generation global IPv6 internet, is also an incubator for the development of the IPv6 internet in North America, by assisting its participants and industry partners in their IPv6 migration.

Peter Marcum Chief Strategy Officer |
| As a major network integrator in the mid 1980's, Peter Marcum began his entrepreneurial career first as a self-taught programmer and then as owner of multiple Computerland stores. Marcum founded Nashville Computer Liquidators (NCL) in the early 1990s. Under Marcum's leadership, NCL grew to a company generating more than $200 million in annual sales. Marcum sold a majority stake of NCL in 1998 and his remaining interest in April 2000.In June of 2000, Marcum founded Essex Technology Group (ETG), a multi-million-dollar eCommerce company and in 2001 co-founded Wilhagan Ventures, LLC in order to capitalize on the wealth of inexpensive high-tech equipment liquidated during the dot-com bust of the late nineties.
In 2003, with the success and buying power of Wilhagan Ventures, Marcum decided to expand into the network backbone business after buying assets from the distress sale at Enron. With a single nntp news server business he formed WV Fiber and a year later spun off the new server business (now UseNetServer/Highwinds) to focus on the network

Lenny Chesal Chief Marketing Officer |

Mr. Chesal serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. He is responsible for the marketing and business development initiatives at WV. Lenny has a demonstrated track record in his 20 + years of diversified sales, marketing and executive management. He previously worked for Bell South, TCG, AT&T, Florida Digital Network, Teleplace, and ProtectPoint in successively challenging positions. He spearheaded initiatives for the planning, development and implementation of the go-to-market strategies of their cutting edge voice, data, and managed network security services. Lenny's experience includes corporate high-tech start-ups, as well as successful implementation of innovative sales and marketing programs. He has trained hundreds of new sales and sales management employees who have advanced to high-level positions across the region. He is involved in various civic, non-profit and industry organizations including the American Cancer Society-Relay for Life (Past Chair, Sponsor Chair), Big Brothers Big Sisters ACT Golf Tournament (Sponsor Chair), GFLCC Tech Committee, NSU-Huizenga School of Entrepreneurship, the Fort Lauderdale, Deerfield Beach and Boca Raton Chambers of Commerce, Deerfield Beach Founders’ Days (Past President), the Pompano Beach Seafood Festival and Pompano Beach Fishing Rodeo Committee.
Lenny was named Volunteer of the Year by the Deerfield Beach Chamber of Commerce for his dedication to the community and his work with the American Cancer Society. Lenny also volunteers his talents as the drummer for the World Famous Low Tides and Bulldogs. He resides in
Deerfield Beach with his wife of 26 years, four children and two nephews. Lenny has the distinguished honor of being a CRRD, the only local tech person with this certification.

Karen Bairaktaris Vice President of Finance and Administration and Controller |
| Ms. Bairaktaris began her career in public accounting in Atlanta. For more than 15 years, Karen Bairaktaris has engineered the financial infrastructure of companies such as st3 (a streaming media start-up) and Omni Home Medical (a home medical supply company).
As Vice President of Finance & Administration for WV Fiber, Ms. Bairaktaris oversees all financial functions including annual audits, monthly financial reporting, budget preparation, cash management, tax return preparation and all billing, accounts payable and payroll functions.
Bairaktaris is a Certified Public Accountant, earning the Elijah Watts Sells National Honor Award and a Gold Medal for the State of Georgia in 1986. Bairaktaris also graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. |

Roger Barranco VP of Operations & CTO |

Mr. Barranco serves as the VP of Operations & Chief Technology Officer of the company. He bringing a wealth of experience running technical and operational departments globally servicing tier one customers in mission critical environments. Prior to joining Host.net Roger was in charge of worldwide support for Secure Computing (formerly CyberGuard) for nearly 7 years. Certified in Information Security and formally educated in the field of Computer Electronics, Roger has extended his education to include Business Management creating a balanced approach to the provisioning of technical services while consistently achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
After graduating from TTI, Mr. Barranco worked for Xerox Corporation as Manager of Technical Support (Retail Computing Division). After Xerox, Roger worked for a mid-sized consulting firm managing their Network Design and Support division while simultaneously running his own company, Computer Processing Technologies, which provided electronic medical claim processing services to physicians. In 1999, Roger joined CyberGuard (Now Secure Computing) where he was the department head for Technical Support, Customer Service, Customer Training, Sales Engineering, Product Quality Escalations, Operational Logistics, and CRM / ERP application design.

Mark Wilson Vice President of Business Development |
| Mark has been with WV Fiber since the inception of the company. Involved in the design and implementation of our international network and wearing many different hats, has kept Mark very busy with more responsibilities than only the business development of WV Fiber.
Mark has over ten years experience in Telecom starting with AT&T in the mid 90's in Atlanta where he established relationships with most of the carriers in the US. Mark's blood is orange with loyalties being where he grew up and went to school. Knoxville, TN and the University of Tennessee Vols. |
